TUESDAY
Brilliant day at Nogami - true tategoi growing in cloudy water hence shocking pics but the quality reduced me to silence. It was an honour to see them and better still to buy them!

master. I have some superb doitsu goshiki and 2 totally unique doitsu Hi
Utsuri - just simply wow! Next was back to take pics of Kaneko's best
Shiro, again, just mindblowing. It didn't stop there, after lunch had my
socks blOwn off by some true beauties from Yozaimon. Goshiki with bright
unblemished beni - you've just to come and see these!

THURSDAY
Had another great day. Firstly went to Izumiya's secret tategoi house in Ojiya - but don't tell anyone - it's secret remember! He is going to select some high class baby Yamabuki Ogons for me and you can see the quality of them! It is an amazing place and moves impressive numbers of fish. Later it was back to Nogami to sort out which fish we are growing in Japan and which ones return to the UK. It will be a real Kohaku fest this Spring!

My last day in the mountains - busy sorting out that last few fish and taking pics of some koi we are growing in the breeders top mud ponds this summer.
